-本條款是閣下與”合眾制服有限公司”兩者之間所達成的一個完整及有法律約束力的協議。閣下使用或繼續使用 “合眾制服有限公司” Eshop (本網站）即代表閣下已接受本條款。

購物

– 閣下透過合眾制服有限公司(本網站）購買的所有貨品均在本條款的規限下進行。閣下繼續在合眾制服有限公司(本網站）選購貨品，即表示閣下確認及聲明，閣下經已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本條款。
– 閣下在選購時須依照我們在網頁列明的要求，提供完整的資料, 包括閣下的姓名、電話號碼、送貨地址、收貨人等。

– 於貨品送達閣下指定的送貨地址時，所有貨品的風險均轉移至閣下，但我們保留該等貨品的所有權直至閣下或付款金融機構支付所有貨價為止。
– 網頁內之貨品說明或圖像均於上載時已參考該貨品的說明或以實物拍攝。合眾制服有限公司會不時根據貨品的實際改動隨時更新其說明或圖像，但若調整貨品說明或規格，恕不另行通知。閣下如對收到的貨品有任何不滿，必須保留我們發出的單據顧客服務尋求協助。倘若因貨品與網上的圖像不符而要求退款，我們保留權利拒絕該要求。

-All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If we fail to provide any products or services that have been ordered, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify customers by phone or email before delivery.

-After receiving the email, please check if the purchased goods, shipping address and other information are correct.

-The areas of our delivery are limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and some location in the New Territories.

-When the goods are delivered to your designated shipping address, the risk of all goods is transferred to you, but we retain the ownership of the goods until you or the payment financial institution pays all the prices.

-The description or image of the goods on the website has been referenced to the description of the goods or taken in kind at the time of upload. Hop Chung Uniform Ltd may update its instructions or images from time to time based on actual changes to the goods, but if the goods adjusts the description or specifications of the goods without prior notice. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you received, you must keep the confirmation to the customer service for assistance. If the refund is requested due to non-conformity between the product and the online image, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
